Our home education afternoons are for children who aren't in mainstream education. We offer a unique opportunity for children to engage in learning in a more flexible environment.

The afternoon, lead by a qualified teacher, is an hour and a half beach school activity followed by an hour and a half water activity (surfing, paddle boarding, bodyboarding, snorkeling - whatever's best for the conditions). You can book both sessions together or just the beach school or the water activity session by itself.

 

One of the many benefits is the ability to incorporate beach activities into the curriculum, where children can experience hands-on learning outdoors. Whether it's studying different habitats, observing local ecosystems, or getting  into the water for a surf and splash about,  learning outdoors on the beach provides both educational enrichment and an exciting way to connect with nature.

 

This combination of outdoor exploration and academic focus creates a dynamic learning experience that extends beyond the traditional classroom.
