


SURF COURSES
The ideal introduction for beginners and a perfect progression pathway for intermediates looking to level up. Our 4-week surf course is suitable for ages 8+. Each 2 hour lesson takes place on the same day and time each week and is lead by a level 2 and National team coach. All courses are taught in smaller groups than public lessons, giving you more individual attention and quality coaching.
Intermediate

​Our beginners course is suitable for complete beginners who have never surfed before, as well as those who have surfed a little in the past and want to recap the fundamentals. It’s ideal for anyone looking to build or rebuild confidence in the water.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Week 1: The basics! An introduction to surfing, learning how to pop up, and catching your first waves.
Week 2: Build your confidence in the water as you refine your pop-up technique and begin choosing the right waves.
Week 3: Start independently catching waves looking at turning in the white water
Week 4: Bring all your new skills together.
You’ll also receive tips on how to keep improving your surfing after the course.

Beginner
​Designed for surfers who can confidently paddle, pop up consistently, and ride along the face of a wave. Each week has a core coaching theme, while part of every session is adapted to your individual goals. ​

Week 1: Focuses on assessing current ability, refining core skills such as paddling, positioning and take-offs, and setting personal goals.
​
Week 2: Builds on this foundation by improving wave selection, take-off control and trimming along the face.
​
Week 3: Developing turns, speed generation and flow, with coaching adapted to the specific manoeuvres or techniques you want to improve.
​
Week 4: Bring everything together with a session focused on confidence applying new skills in varied conditions. You'll also be given personalised feedback for continued progression.
